This 120t corn mill machine running in Zimbabwe and produce high quality maize flour for Human consumption and maize bran for animal feed. 

 

This is the double sifter kind maize corn project running in Mozambique for many years already. 
It is with Automatic roller mill + double section sifter +Automatic weighing and packing system +PLC Touch screen control system.

The horizontal roll configuration, resulting in optimum intake of material into the grinding zone, is easier for removal, installation and maintenance.
The speedy and tardy grinding rolls are driven by triple-wheel toothed belts with advantages of high power transmission, no step losses, no deflection, stable running, and low noises.

2,WIth Plansifter:

Hongdefa maize corn mill machine technique flow is from cleaning to degerminating to milling to sifting to packing.
First,the maize/corn enter the cleaning section,have gravity classification stoner remove the stone,then through the moisture damper is a important equipment to control the water content of the grain during in flour mills,stainless steel Bi-directional screw,prevent free water,an intensive intermixing.Next use degerminator (Japan technology ) to peeling,Then enter the milling section and sifting the flour,produce the produce super white flour,fine meal,bran,germ,etc which according to client requirement and needs.Finally,use the autoweighing &packing scale packing products.

The maize skin take 6-9%; the maize germ take 7-15%; the endosperm take around 20% minimum.

The steel structure workshop for 100t/24h maize milling line is 45M×15M×9M( LxWxH).
 It includes the whole processing system of maize cleaning part, moisture damper and degerminating part, maize milling part and packaging part.
In order to maintain the main workshop sanitation, waste treatment and final packaging plant does not pollute the environment, are separated by a wall between the waste processing, product packaging and milling system.
