They attended our 500t maize mill plant +200T Wheat flour mill +500T Animal feed + 3000TX5 Silo project opening ceremony on Mar.27, 2024.

1)Maize fine flour, all through 44 mesh (400micron) sieve
2)Maize rice;
3) Maize germ;
4) Maize bran;
5) Coarse Fodder.
3.Extraction rate:
1)Fine Maize flour: 30~40%
2) Maize rice:35-40%
3) Maize germ: 8-10%
4) Maize bran and Fodder flour:10-14%
4.Workshop dimension: 48×15×13m(L×W×H)
5.Power supply: About 888kW.
6.Total weight of the equipment: 300T.
7.Container:15*40' (common one suit for transportation).
8.Install time: two- four months.

The sifter can produce different kinds of maize flour,maize grits and so on.
3)Japan technology degerminator can remove the skin better,produce high quality super white maize flour.
The degerminator with Japan technology with our patent, it can remove the skin and germ well,
to make sure the final flour is super white and without any black spot
4)The milling section pipes we use stainless steel,have three times lifetime than galvanized steel.
stainless steel or plastic or galvanized steel pipes for your choice. But stainless steep pipes is more durable and anty rusty,
three times use time than other kinds.
