From cleaning, degerminating, milling to packing with all accessories 

1) Cleaning section : use the dry way technolody, water saving desiging. 


2) Milling section: Pneumatic roller mill + double section system , the Auto-packing system is Option part. 


Design according to Client's maize and maize flour request,   take the germ and skin down to get bran for animal feed,
and milling the endosperm to maize flour. 
The maize skin take 6-9%; the maize germ take 7-15%; the endosperm take around 20% minimum.

1. The pipes in milling section is stainless steel. 


2. Japan technology degerminator can insure you get the "super white" flour to do Ugali Fufu.
    Dry degermination with low fat content.
    Multi-faceted sieve tube design, the screen is the high-quality stainless steel nitriding treatment. 


3. With Pneumatic roller mill

   1) The partitioned paneling and swing-out feed module guarantee ideal access to the feeding and grinding rolls.
       This makes residue-free cleaning possible.
   2) A pulse generator automatically adjust the feed material at the entrance door
