This is our 50t/24h maize flour milling machine. It can process 50 tons of raw maize in 24 hours. It is from A to Z,
which means from start to end. such as maize cleaning machines-dampening-determinating-roller milling-sifting-packing-control systems.
The destoner is applied to efficiently separate stones and pebbles, glass, and other high-density matter from the stream of grain. It can remove all the impurities, such as steel, stones, ropes, etc.
The damper can add water to moisten the raw maize. It is a double-layer damper, a stainless steel one without rust, and has a working life longer than the steel one. Two layers for moisturizing are much more efficient.
Our Degerminator with Japanese technology, can remove the maize bran and germ the most efficiently. you can get the super white maize meal with low fat and without any black points.
In the 50t/24h maize flour milling machine, 4 sets of Roller Mills are working stable and keep a capacity is more than 50 tons per 24 hours.
