1. 500-Ton Grain Silo
Ideal for medium-sized milling plants or regional grain storage depots. Equipped with a ventilation system, temperature/moisture sensors, and sweep augers for efficient storage and discharge.
2. 1,000-Ton Grain Silo
Designed for large-scale storage facilities or as part of a complete flour milling production line. Supports integration with automated handling systems, including bucket elevators, conveyors, and dust control units, ensuring safe and efficient grain management.
Material Quality
Constructed with SGH series high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel plates.
Galvanization coating thickness ranges from Z275 to Z600, offering excellent corrosion resistance and a 30-50 year service life.
Corrugated Plate Design
Plates are produced on a fully automated, computer-controlled production line, using advanced international technology.
Ripple spacing: 68mm (small ripple design), enhancing structural strength and wind resistance.
Bolt and Seal System
Plates ≥2.5mm thick are assembled using four rows of high-strength 10.9-grade bolts for superior stability.
Waterproof rubber pads and aerospace-grade mortar are applied to all bolt joints to ensure leak-proof connections.
Sealing around corrugated plates with aerospace rubber strips improves airtightness and weather resistance, critical for grain safety.
Material Specification
Crafted from Z275-Z600 SGH series high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel plates, providing excellent corrosion resistance, long-term durability, and a service life of 30-50 years under varied environmental conditions.
Stiffener Technology
Stiffeners are manufactured via a fully automated, computer-controlled production line, ensuring high precision and consistent quality.
The structure features an advanced 365mm-wide "W"-shaped support column, also hot-dip galvanized, offering superior load-bearing strength and enhanced rust protection.
High-Strength Bolt Assembly
The silo body is assembled using super-strength 10.9-grade bolts, providing tight, secure connections for all components. This ensures excellent structural stability, especially suitable for large-capacity grain storage systems.

5. Loading & Shipping the Machines and silos
The machine and silo will first wrapped with protective film inside and waterproof plastic film outside to prevent moisture and dust.
For orders shipped in less than a full container, wooden crate packing is applied to ensure safety during transport.
Inside the container, the machine and silo will be securely fastened with steel ropes to avoid any movement or damage.
All machines are carefully inspected and reinforced to ensure they arrive at the destination in perfect working condition.
