For the small capacity corn flour grinding mill,we have like 5t/24h,10t/24h,20t/24h,30t/24h,50t/24h.
It's suitable for starter.

1)The machine pipes of milling section we use stainless steel,have three times lifetime than galvanized steel.
High working pressure,high tightness.

2)Gravity classification stoner:
The gravity classification stoner is a ket piece of equipment used in the processing of grains and seeds,including maize(maize).
It's designed to remove impirities such as stones,mud balls,and other heave materials from the product stream based on their specific gravity.

3)Japan technology degerminator can remove the bran better,produce super white maize flour.
The maize degerminator is a specialized piece of equipment used in the corn flour grinding milling industry to remove the germ and bran from maize kernels.This process,known as degermination,is essential for producing high-quality maize flour or meal with a finer texture and improved shelf life.

4)Double layer stainless steel moisture damper,which can control the water during the maize cleaning section.
The dampener is an important component in grain milling operations,ensuring that the grains are properly conditioned for milling and contributing to the production of high-quality milled products.

Yes, before milling the corn, should put the water to the corn, and let the corn sleep in the bin for some time, it will be easily to take the skin and germ out of the corn.
