The technique flow of Hongdefa maize milling machine is that raw maize → cleaning section → conditioning → degerminating → milling → sifting → packing.

First, the maize enters the cleaning section, and the stones are removed by the gravity classification destoner, and then passes through the moisture damper, which is an important equipment for controlling the moisture content of grains in flour mills. 

The stainless steel Bi-directional screw prevents free water and strong mixing. Then the degerminator (Japanese technology) is used to peel, and then enters the flour milling section to sift the flour and produce super white flour, the fine meal, bran, germ, etc according to the client's requirements and needs. Finally, the products are packaged using an automatic weighing and packaging scale.

All maize milling machines are configured with the most appropriate equipment according to the production line.

The destoner is applied for efficient separation of stones and pebbles, glass, and other high-density matter from the stream of grain. It can remove all the impurity, such as steel, stones, ropes and so on.
The damper can add water to moisten the raw maize. Double layer damper, stainless steel one without rusty and working life is longer than the steel one. Two layers for moisturing much more efficiency.
This line use the " Japan technology" degerminator, it can remove the maize bran and germ the most efficiently.
you can get the super white maize meal with low fat and without any black point.

In the milling section:

Use 4 sets of roller mill and 2 sets of double section sifter.
4 sets of Roller Mills are working stable and keep the capacity is more than 20tons per 24hours.
In the double bin sifter, we will give you different hole sizes of mesh screens, to get the different sizes of final products.
All pipes in the corn flour milling system where contact with the material is stainless steel. 

In the control system:
The control system is the Touch Screen smart control system. it is more convenient to control all the machines working.
