Process Flow
Wheat Cleaning

The incoming wheat is first passed through a series of cleaning devices. A vibrating screen removes large impurities such as stones, straws, and other debris.
A magnetic separator then extracts any metal particles present in the wheat, safeguarding the subsequent processing machinery.
An aspiration system uses air currents to separate lighter impurities like dust and chaff from the wheat grains.

Milling

The conditioned wheat enters the milling section, which consists of multiple roller mills. These mills gradually break down the wheat grains into smaller particles, separating the bran, germ, and endosperm.
Different sets of roller mills operate at varying speeds and pressures to achieve the desired fineness of the flour.
 
Sifting  
After milling, the ground material is sifted through a series of sieves. The sifting process separates the flour from the bran and other coarser particles.

Purifier system

Purifiers are used to further refine the flour by removing any remaining impurities, ensuring a high - quality end - product.

Conditioning
