Process flow

Hongdefa maize mill machine technique flow is from cleaning to degerminating to milling to sifting to packing.
First,the maize enter the cleaning section,have gravity classification stoner remove the stone.
Then through the moisture damper is a important equipment to control the water content of the grain during in flour mills,stainless steel Bi-directional screw,prevent free water,an intensive intermixing.Next use degerminator (Japan technology ) to peeling,
Then enter the milling section to mill maize and sifting the maize products,produce the super white flour,super fine meal,bran,germ,etc which according to client requirement and needs.
Finally,use the autoweighing &packing scale packing products.  

The maize fine flour can be used for making stable food like Ugali, fufu, Sandza etc.

The destoner is applied for efficient separation of stones and pebbles, glass, and other high-density matter from the stream of grain. It can remove all the impurity, such as steel, stones, ropes and so on.
The damper can add water to moisten the raw maize. Double layer damper, stainless steel one without rusty and working life is longer than the steel one. Two layers for moisturing much more efficiency.
Our Degerminator with Japan technology, it can remove the maize bran and germ with the most efficiently. you can get the super white maize meal with low fat and without any black point.

In the 100t/24h maize mill machine, we use European standard maize roller mill.It can work stable and keep the capacity is more than 100tons per 24hours.
In the 100t/24h maize mill machine ,double bin sifter, we will give you different hole size of mesh screens, to get the different size of corn flour, corn meal, corn grits.
