The raw corn undergoes a systematic processing chain:
1.Cleaning: High-efficiency vibrating screens remove impurities, followed by destoners for stone elimination.
2.Conditioning:Water tempering adjusts moisture content for optimal peeling and degerminator.
3.Milling: Multi-stage break roller mills grind kernels into powder.
4.Classification: Plansifters grade particles to achieve uniform fineness.
5.Packaging:Automated weighing scales dose precisely, followed by nitrogen-flushed packaging for freshness.1) Maize cleaning.
Maize cleaning: cleaning process using maize cleaner,destoner, magnetic separator for drying cleaning. Use double screw damper (stainless steel) for keeping moisture the maize, to ensure a more accurate and uniform water,prevent free water; the use of degerminator for peeling maize into small pieces and embryo separated in order to ensure quality and by fully mechanized and use. It is Japan technology design degerminator to get whole germ,remove the germ and bran out ,just milling the endosperm, it can produce super fine maize meal/mealie meal with pure top quality.
2) Milling technology
