The technique flow of Hongdefa maize mill machine is that raw maize → cleaning section → conditioning → degerminating → milling → sifting → packing.

First, the maize enters the cleaning section, and the stones are removed by the gravity classification destoner, and then passes through the moisture damper, which is an important equipment for controlling the moisture content of grains in flour mills. 

The stainless steel Bi-directional screw prevents free water and strong mixing. Then the degerminator (Japanese technology) is used to peel, and then enters the flour milling section to sift the flour and produce super white flour, the fine meal, bran, germ, etc according to the client's requirements and needs. Finally, the products are packaged using an automatic weighing and packaging scale.

All maize milling machines are configured with the most appropriate equipment according to the production line. Including pneumatic mill, plan sifter, degerminator, vibrating cleaning sifter, stone remover and auto dampener. etc.

Damper: Two layers stainless steel damper, anty rusting and long life use.
Degerminator with Japan Technology and South Africa Experience, which is designed to scrub the bran skin from the maize Kernel and to dislodge the germ from its cavity, with the minimum reduction in size of the broken fragments

Controlling system:
