Our machine is a complete line from cleaning, degerminating, milling to packing and controlling system.

This design have following advantage:
1. Double layer stainless steel damper, 3 times lifetime than normal material damper.
2. Japan technology degerminator will remove bran and germ out to make sure the final products pure and fine.

Cleaning, Conditioning System, Degerminating:
Damper: Two layers stainless steel damper, anty rusting and long life use.
Degerminator with Japan Technology and South Africa Experience, which is designed to scrub the bran skin from the maize Kernel and to dislodge the germ from its cavity, with the minimum reduction in size of the broken fragments

 

1. Pneumatic roller mill

European standard machine with automatic running

1). The partitioned paneling and swing-out feed module guarantee ideal access to the feeding and grinding rolls. This makes residue free cleaning possible.
2). A pulse generator automatically adjust the feed material at the entrance door.

  2. Gravity classifications destoner  
The gravity classification destoner is a key piece of equipment in grain and seed processing, particularly for maize (corn). Its core function is to separate impurities-such as stones, mud clods, and other dense debris-from the material flow via specific gravity differences. This step is critical to ensuring clean, contaminant-free raw maize, a prerequisite for producing high-quality maize flour or meal.

3. Dampener 
The dampener is a critical apparatus in grain milling and processing, particularly for maize and other cereals. Its primary role is to precisely regulate grain moisture content before downstream processing (e.g., milling or grinding). This exacting moisture control is key to achieving optimal milling performance and producing high-quality flour or meal.

4.Japan technology degerminator 
The maize degerminator is a specialized machine in the maize milling industry, engineered to remove the germ and bran from maize kernels. This process, termed degermination, is vital for creating high-quality maize flour or meal with a smoother texture and extended shelf life. Through effective separation of these components, the degerminator ensures the final product meets quality requirements for diverse applications.

5. Pipes of maize mill machine milling section
Our stainless steel moisture bins, pipes, connectors, angles, and cyclones are engineered for exceptional durability and structural strength. They are corrosion-resistant and capable of withstanding high operational pressures, ensuring reliable operation across diverse processing environments. These components are critical for sustaining the integrity and efficiency of milling operations, offering long-term solutions that adhere to industry standards.

6. Touch Screen Control system
For the 30t/24h maize mill machine, we adopt a user-friendly touchscreen control system. This system features one-touch start capability, enabling seamless control of the entire milling process via the touchscreen interface. Additionally, the screen supports multi-language customization tailored to client requirements, ensuring easy operation and an improved user experience.

7. Automatic Packing System
The Automatic Packing System supports multiple packing weights (1kg, 2kg, 5kg, 10kg, 12.5kg, 20kg, 25kg, 50kg) and features online automatic cumulative weighing, high-precision online flow control, frequency (batch) weight control, and a MODBUS communication interface for computer networking and centralized management. It also offers optional printing functionality based on customer requirements, with feeding and support components constructed from stainless steel.

Q1: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
A:We are a professional manufacturer for maize milling machine and wheat flour mill line. We are warmly welcome clients from worldwide to visit our factory to check the real machine production line and check the real machine quality by your own eye.

Q2: Will you send engineers to install the plant? 
A: we have more than 30 engineers now in different countries, such as in Zambia Uganda Zimbabwe Malawi Angola RD Congo Ethiopia Nigeria and so on.
We can send engineer to your place for guiding installation.
Engineers are responsible for guide installation, test running and training your local workers.
We also have local engineers who can do the small capacity mill machine installation to save cost.

Q3: Can you show how the machine works?
A: Welcome to our factory to check the running line or come to visit our running mill equipment in your country.  We also will send you the Operating video & instruction to you together with machines, to help you use the machines better.

A: Quality is the life of the company. Our big boss is the engineer and he installed many milling lines by himself before. So the aim of our company is to produce high-quality products and win the market and customers with high quality.
B: We have very strict management system for quality control from the very beginning to the end of the production. Each product must meet the company's quality standards before entering the next process, every product need fully assembled and carefully tested before it's packed for shipment. 
C: Our maize mill and wheat flour mill machines has different Patent: Drum Sifter Patent, Degerminator Patent and Gravity Table Patent. And our maize mill and wheat flour mill machines have passed ISO SGS BV CE PVOC certifications.

Q5:What is the mode of payment?
You can pay 30% as a deposit by T/T at first. Then we will arrange to manufacture the machine. After you paid the 
balance payment, we will arrange for shipping.
