A grain dryer is an ideal machine for drying various grains such as corn, rice, wheat, soybeans, etc. This grain dryer belongs to an intermittent cycle dryer with low temperature and energy saving. It has a reasonable structure, convenient operation, low noise, optional heating method, and is commonly used for commercial purposes. For example, in a rice mill, this machine is used as a rice dryer to get satisfactory paddy. According to the same principle, it can also be used to dry other grains.

How does a grain dryer machine work?
Feeding stage	Before starting the grain drying process, the harvested wet grain is first fed from the temporary storage area to the entrance of the dryer through a lifting device (such as a bucket elevator or a belt conveyor) to complete the initial loading of the grain.
Preheating preparation	Before the dryer is completely filled with grain, the operator needs to turn on the burner inside the dryer. Depending on the type of equipment, oil, natural gas, biomass or other forms of energy can be used to ensure that the burner burns stably and generates enough heat to provide a heat source for the drying operation.
Cyclic drying process	When the combustion furnace reaches the predetermined temperature and begins to provide stable heat, the circulation system of the dryer starts. It mainly relies on the heat generated in the furnace to exchange heat with the rice. The hot air circulates in the dryer, uniformly heats the rice through multiple layers of drying plates or specially designed drying channels, and removes moisture from the rice.
End of drying, discharge	When the moisture content of the rice is reduced to a standard suitable for storage, the drying operation is completed. Turn off the burner and adjust the discharge device of the dryer to control the rice to be discharged in an orderly manner from the bottom of the dryer or a specific outlet at a set speed.
After drying, the grains are cooled and prepared for the next step of storage or processing.
