This is our 60t/24h wheat flour making mill machine.
It can process 60tons raw wheat per 24hours. It is from A to Z, means
from start to end. such as wheat cleaning-milling-sifting-packing-control system.
And all the pipes are stainless steel, which is very strong, and the working life is three times that of ordinary pipes.
The sieve remove all of impurity from wheat in order to reduce pollution of dust and impurity to workshop,and then it can
ensure retral equipment with good running.and meanwhile aviod jaming of slip and wheat bin exit. And also the machine
behind wheat scour, it is better for removing mud ,broken wheat, small impurity,hair which form scourer.
The destoner is applied for efficient separation of stones and pebbles, glass, and other high-density matter from the stream of
grain. It can remove all the impurity, such as steel, stones, ropes and so on.
Our wheat flour mill plant can produce different size of wheat flour, wheat meal, fine flour, brown flour. and the final product can make bread, cake, biscuits, pasta and so on.

Q1. Does the wheat flour mill machine can also process maize?
No,it is because the maize and wheat Physical Characteristics are different,like the shape,the hardness,all are
different,and the final product flour size is also different. The cleaner,the roller mill
parameter,the plansifter sieve all are different.As professional manufacture for maize meal or flour,cannot
process maize and wheat same time.
Q2. Can the wheat flour milling plant pack different bags?
Yes,the packing machine can pack 1kg-5kg;5kg-20kg,20-50kg bags.
Q3.Can the wheat flour mill machine run with Generator?
Yes,the wheat flour mill line can run with Generator.
