Technique flow

The process of flour milling (from grain to milled into grain flour) usually consist of the following:

1.Grain storage (silos, or warehouse)
2.Cleaning system (sifter, destoner, seprater, magnet, scourer etc)
3.Dampening (dampener, conditioning silos, etc)
4.Milling system (roller mill, plansifter, purifier, impact detacher etc.)
5.Flour pressure and blending system (if need)
6.Flour pakcing and stacking


 This is the high standard configuration kind grain processing machine:
1,using 10 sets of 1m Automatic roller mill which control by the computer automatically 
   1)The partitioned paneling and swing-out feed module guarantee ideal  
 access to the feeding and grinding rolls. This makes residue-free   
 cleaning possible.

2, use the 5 sets of plansifter, which can separate the flour to different kinds and sealed very well,

No, it is because the maize and grain Physical Characteristics are different, like the shape, the hardness, all are different, and the final product

flour size is also different. The cleaner, the roller mill parameter, the plansifter sieve all are different. As professional manufacture for maize meal
or flour, cannot process maize and grain same time.

Q2. Can the grain flour mill equipment pack different bags?
Yes, the packing equipment can pack 1kg-5kg; 5kg-20kg, 20-50kg bags.
