Complete Working
1. The dryer utilizes hot air as the heating medium for grain drying. Its internal structure primarily comprises an air inlet vent and angular ventilation boxes. The angular boxes are filled with grain, flowing continuously from top to bottom during drying.
2. Hot air enters through the air inlet vent, passing downward through the grain layer, and exhaust air is discharged via the exhaust vent. This concurrent flow direction of hot air and grain movement is defined as "mixed flow" drying.
3. As hot air traverses the grain layer, it exchanges heat and moisture with the grains: the hot air transfers thermal energy to the grains, raising their temperature. The heated grains then release moisture into the air, which becomes exhaust gas carrying the evaporated water vapor.
4. Following drying, the warm grains move to the tempering section, where the temperature and moisture between the inner and outer layers of the grains balance out, ensuring uniform moisture reduction.
5. After tempering, the grains enter the cooling section. Here, they are cooled to a temperature suitable for long-term storage before being discharged through the outlet.

5. Loading & Shipping the Machines
The machine is first wrapped with protective film inside and waterproof plastic film outside to prevent moisture and dust.
For orders shipped in less than a full container, wooden crate packing is applied to ensure safety during transport.
Inside the container, the machine will be securely fastened with steel ropes to avoid any movement or damage.
All machines are carefully inspected and reinforced to ensure they arrive at the destination in perfect working condition.
