At first, let me introduce the technique flow of Hongdefa maize milling machine processing line to you:

The technique flow of Hongdefa maize milling machine is that raw maize → cleaning section → conditioning → degerminating → milling → sifting → packing.

First, the maize enters the cleaning section, and the stones are removed by the gravity classification destoner, and then passes through the moisture damper, which is an important equipment for controlling the moisture content of grains in flour mills. 

The stainless steel Bi-directional screw prevents free water and strong mixing. Then the degerminator (Japanese technology) is used to peel, and then enters the flour milling section to sift the flour and produce super white flour, the fine meal, bran, germ, etc according to the client's requirements and needs. Finally, the products are packaged using an automatic weighing and packaging scale.

Cleaning, Conditioning System, Degerminating:
Damper: Two layers stainless steel damper, anty rusting and long life use.
Degerminator with Japan Technology and South Africa Experience, which is designed to scrub the bran skin from the maize Kernel and to dislodge the germ from its cavity, with the minimum reduction in size of the broken fragments
Pipes in the the flour milling line: Stainless steel pipes in milling section where they connect with material.
Stainless steel pipes is high quality and Antirust the whole line looks beautiful, shinning and cleaning.
Controlling system:
Touch screen control high quality switch/standard cable connection.
PLC control, with realize by touch screen, like the mobile, all the program is inside, you can operate the machine by the touch screen, it's more convenient to operate.
