1. Cleaning Section

   • Maize enters the cleaning section first.

   • Equipped with gravity separator and stoner to remove stones and impurities.

2. Moisture Control

   • Maize passes through a moisture damper, which is important for controlling grain moisture.

   • Features stainless steel bi-directional screw to prevent free water and ensure intensive mixing.

3. Degermination

   • Maize goes into the degerminator (Japan technology) to peel and separate germ from grain.

4. Milling Section

   • The maize is milled and sifted according to client requirements.

   • Produces super white flour, super fine meal, bran, germ, etc.

5. Packing

   • Finished products are packed using the auto-weighing & packing scale for efficiency and accuracy.
