This advanced grain dryer machine is specially designed for efficient drying of paddy, corn, maize, and wheat in large-scale grain processing plants. Utilizing hot air as the primary heating medium ensures uniform, safe, and energy-efficient drying to maintain grain quality and extend shelf life.
Working Principle:
The dryer features a robust internal design, including an air inlet vent and multiple angular ventilation boxes filled with grains. During operation, grains flow continuously from top to bottom within these ventilation chambers.
Hot air is introduced through the air inlet vent and passes downward through the grain layer, moving concurrently with the flowing grains-a process known as "mixed flow" drying. The exhaust air, now carrying evaporated moisture, exits via the exhaust vent.
As hot air passes through the grain layer, heat and moisture are exchanged: thermal energy raises the grain temperature, which in turn releases moisture into the air. This moisture-laden exhaust air is then safely discharged.
Post drying, grains enter the tempering section, where the temperature and moisture between grain surfaces and inner layers equalize, ensuring consistent moisture content throughout.
Finally, grains pass through the cooling section to reduce their temperature to a safe level for long-term storage, before being discharged through the outlet.

5. Loading & Shipping the Machines
The machine is first wrapped with protective film inside and waterproof plastic film outside to prevent moisture and dust.
For orders shipped in less than a full container, wooden crate packing is applied to ensure safety during transport.
Inside the container, the machine will be securely fastened with steel ropes to avoid any movement or damage.
All machines are carefully inspected and reinforced to ensure they arrive at the destination in perfect working condition.
