2.Technique flow of 100t/24h wheat flour mill machine
You can see the flow is complete.First the wheat enter the cleaning section.we have vibrating sieve and brusher,then enter the milling section and sifting section,we use pneumatic roller mill and plansifter,mutiple grinding and sifting can get high quality wheat flour.Finally through the flour cleaner,enter the packing section,we have automatic packing machine,different capacity automatic packing machine.

And for the 100t/24h wheat flour mill machine,we use pneumatic roller mill,European stand automatic running

For the sifter,we use plansifter

And the machine pipes of milling section,we use stainless steel,have three times lifetime than galvanized steel

For the control system,we use PLC touch screen control system,smart technology,easy to operate.
