Key Processing Stages:
Cleaning System
Impurities such as dust, stones, and metals are removed through specialized equipment including a maize cleaner, destoner, and magnetic separator.
Conditioning
Moisture is added to the maize, which is then rested in a tempering bin for 0.5-2 hours to soften the kernel surface for easier bran and germ separation.
Degermination System
Maize is crushed and separated by a germ selector to extract large, pure maize grits free from germ and bran.
Milling System
Pure maize grits are further milled into fine grits or flour of varying granulation, adjustable according to your market requirements and local preferences.
Packing Section
Available in manual or fully automatic configurations to match your production scale and packaging needs.
