Product Description

This is the 50t/24h maize milling machine running in Zambia. 

The 50T/24H maize mill line is a middle capacity and complete line, including cleaning, milling and packing system. It can produce the super fine maize meal, maize samp, maize grits and refined maize flour to do FUFU , Ugali, Nshima and other kinds of food.

For our 50T/24H capacity, it has different configuration with different price from USD65000/SET to USD168000/SET FOB XINGANG,CHINA.

The differences is as follows:

1. The damper has double and single one with stainless steel material
2. The degerminator have different kinds with different quality
3. The roller mill have single roller mill, double roller mill and Pneumatic roller mill.
4. The sifter have double section sifter and plansifter
5. The packing machine have hand sewing machine and Auto-weighting and packing machine.
6. The pipes have common carbon steel pipes and stainless steel pipes.

Professional degerminator,scrub the bran skin from the maize kernel,and to dislodge the germ from its cavity,with the minimum reduction in size of the broken fragments. The degerminator is the heart for making super white maize meal for Africa staple food such as:Fufu/Ugali/Sadza/Unga/Nshima/Sembe etc.

1: How about market for maize milling machine?

In October of 2015,the client from Kenya signed new contract for 50 ton/24h maize mill after checked everything in Hongdefa factory of China,he checked all of single machines .He did have checked the running maize mill line here and final product quality. That is what needed.

Another client from Zambia ordered one 50 ton/24h maize mill in 2009,six months later,he came to visit Hongdefa factory again and signed another new contract for same 50t/24h maize mill and 1000 tons silo. The factory now is running two complete line of 50 tons maize mill plant.

Use Japan degerminating system and South African maize experience ,it scrub the bran from the maize kernel and to dislodge the germ from its cavity,with the minimum reduction in size of the broken fragment. To ensure maize meal and maize flour super white.

 

4: Does the whole system need water ?

Yes, before degerminating and milling the maize, should put the water to the maize, and let the maize sleep in the bin for some time, it will be easily to take the skin and germ out of the maize.
 

5: Can we put vitamin adding machine for maize milling machine?

Sure! As some local market or government request,we can equip the vitamin adding machine to put some elements inside like vitamin A,B,C,iron etc. That is more satisfactory.
