This is the flow sheet for the flour mill wheat milling machine/ It's complete plant.
First cleaning-first moisture-second cleaning-second moisture-milling-sifting-checking flour-packing.
Finally produce super white wheat flour to do like bread,biscuit,cake and so on.

The sieve remove all of impurity from wheat in order to reduce pollution of dust and impurity to workshop,
and then it can ensure retral equipment with good running.and meanwhile aviod jaming of slip and wheat bin exit.
And also the machine behind wheat scour, it is better for removing mud ,broken wheat, small impurity,hair which form scourer.

The destoner is applied for efficient separation of stones and pebbles, glass, and other high-density matter from the stream of
grain. It can remove all the impurity, such as steel, stones, ropes and so on.

High separating efficiency-excellent grain cleaning.

The scourer is primarily designed for applications in the first and second cleaning section for the surface treatment of wheat, durum and rye:- for removing impurities and adhering contamination(dust,sand earth lumps, small seeds. etc.),- for improving product sanitation by reducing the microbe count(bacteria) and the insect and insect fragment count(filth count).
