Cleaning system: maize cleaner, and destoner to take the stone, thread, iron and other impurity out.
Moisture and degerminating system: the cleaning maize going to the moisture dampener and degerminator to get the big maize particles, and take the germ and maize skin out.
Milling and sifting system: the big maize particles come to the roller mill and sifter to get the final product : different sizes of super maize meal, maize grits, maize flour.
Packing system: we have manual packing and automatic packaging system for different clients' choice. The technical flow for 30T/24h is more advanced, it can use Japan Degerminator or American degerminator according to different useful of the germ.
