The damper machine is the main equipment to regulate the water content of maize in the maize cleaning process of the flour mill.
It can make the water content of maize grain uniform, enhance the bran toughness, reduce the endosperm strength, and reduce the adhesion between the bran and endosperm, so as to improve the grinding efficiency and screening efficiency, and improve the flour quality, flour color and flour yield.



The purpose of maize degerminating system:
1. maize germ and maize endosperm are wrapped by the cortex, after degermed, it is convenient to separate the embryo and endosperm and can improve the efficiency of degerming;
2. Remove most of the skins of the corn kernels, produce corn with less skins and high product quality;
3. Degerminting husks may be contaminated by harmful substances. Grinding after degerminating will help improve the purity of the product;
4. Maize can be used to produce a variety of foods, and degerminating can improve the eating quality of maize flour.
