Our hot-dip galvanized steel grain silos are engineered for long-lasting durability and all-weather resistance, ideal for the bulk storage of various grains, including wheat, maize (corn), paddy rice, soybeans, sunflower seeds, sorghum, barley, and peanuts. With a designed lifespan of 30 to 50 years, these silos are built to ensure safe and efficient storage over the long term.

Corrugated Plate Design
Corrugated plates are produced via a fully automated, computer-controlled production line, adopting internationally advanced manufacturing technology.
Ripple spacing: 68mm (small ripple design), which enhances the silo's structural integrity and wind resistance.
Bolt and Seal System
Corrugated plates with thickness greater than or equal to 2.5mm use four rows of high-strength 10.9-grade bolts for secure fastening.
Bolts are sealed using waterproof rubber pads and aerospace-grade mortar to ensure tightness and prevent leakage.
Sealing around the corrugated plate with aerospace rubber enhances weatherproofing and airtightness.
Material Specification
Constructed with Z275-Z600 high-quality SGH series high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel plates, offering excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and a service life of up to 30-50 years.
Stiffener Technology
Stiffeners are produced using a fully automated microcomputer-controlled line that ensures high precision and international-standard processing quality.
Features an advanced "W"-shaped support column design, 365mm in width, and treated with hot-dip galvanizing for enhanced structural strength and long-term corrosion protection.
High-Strength Bolt Assembly
The silo cylinder is assembled using super-strength 10.9-grade bolts, ensuring a solid and secure connection for all structural components, suitable for large-capacity grain storage.

5. Loading & Shipping the Machines and silos
The machine and silo will first wrapped with protective film inside and waterproof plastic film outside to prevent moisture and dust.
For orders shipped in less than a full container, wooden crate packing is applied to ensure safety during transport.
Inside the container, the machine and silo will be securely fastened with steel ropes to avoid any movement or damage.
All machines are carefully inspected and reinforced to ensure they arrive at the destination in perfect working condition.
Q1: How will the silos be shipped to my country?
A: We package the silo components securely into standard shipping containers and ship them by sea from Tianjin Port, China. For spare parts, we can deliver them either by air freight or sea, depending on the size, urgency, and type of parts ordered.
