Cleaning system: maize cleaner, and destoner to take the stone, thread, iron and other impurity out
Moisture and degerminating system: the cleaning maize going to the moisture dampener and degerminator to get the big maize particles, and take the germ and maize skin out.
Milling and sifting system: the big maize particles come to the roller mill and sifter to get the final product : different sizes of super maize meal, maize grits, maize flour.
Packing system: we have manual packing and automatic packaging system for different clients' choice. The maize fine flour can be used for making stable food like Ugali, fufu, Sandza etc. maize grits for making Brewery, maize bran can make feedstuff for animal use, and mazie germ can make oil.
