---Product Specification
This is our 42t/24h wheat flour mill machine. It can process 42tons raw wheat per 24hours. It is from A to Z, means from start to end. such as wheat cleaning-milling-sifting-packing-control system.
The sieve remove all of impurity from wheat in order to reduce pollution of dust and impurity to workshop,and then it can ensure retral equipment with good running.and meanwhile aviod jaming of slip and wheat bin exit. And also the machine behind wheat scour, it is better for removing mud ,broken wheat, small impurity,hair which form scourer.
The destoner is applied for efficient separation of stones and pebbles, glass, and other high-density matter from the stream of
grain. It can remove all the impurity, such as steel, stones, ropes and so on.
FLOUR EXTRACTION: TO PRODUCE STANDARD FLOUR:75-82%
TO PRODUCE GRADE 2 FLOUR:70 -75%
TO PRODUCE GRADE 1 FLOUR: 60-68%And all the pipes are stainless steel, which is very strong, and the working life is three times that of ordinary pipes.
