We offer grain storage silos with capacities ranging from 50 to 10,000 tons, available in various discharge types, including flat bottom, cone bottom, fluidized discharging, and multi-outlet discharging. Additionally, we manage turnkey projects that encompass process and civil work design, automated control systems, as well as the manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of related equipment for lifting, cleaning, magnetic separation, metering, drying, fumigation, cold storage, ventilation, dust collection, and temperature and moisture measurement, along with personal training and more.1. The warehouse roof features natural ventilation windows, manholes, roof ladders, safety guardrails, and other components.
2. The assembled steel plate silo is constructed from high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel plates, shaped into a wavy design using specialized equipment, and includes standard connection holes that are secured with high-strength bolts.
3. The steel cone bottom consists of a column, ring beam, conical plate, tension bars, and other elements. The column is made from national standard L-beams.
