No, it is because the maize and wheat's Physical Characteristics are different, like the shape and hardness. All are different, and the final product flour size is also different. The cleaner, the roller mill parameter, and the plansifter sieve are all different. Professional manufacturers of maize meals or flour cannot process maize and wheat at the same time.
