Product Description

This 240t maize mill line installed in Kitwe Zambia, running more than 7 years already. 
It can produce breakfast meal and roller meal for Zambia and RD Congo market need. 
The boss of this factory from Greece and he is very satisfied with our machine quality. 

In the year 2022 he ordered another 220T Wheat flour mill from us, now the wheat mill running two year already too. 

This is another 240t maize mill with 3000TX1 Silo factory we install in Zambia too. 

It is complete line and we provide the turnkey projects: including 240tpd maize mill line, 3000T Silo, Transformer, weighing bridge , Generator , steel structure workshop .

1)Roller mill
For the roller mill,we use pneumatic roller mill,European standard automatic running.


2)Plansifter 
The sifter can produce different kinds of maize flour,maize grits and so on.

3)Japan technology degerminator can remove the skin better,produce high quality super white maize flour.
The degerminator with Japan technology with our patent, it can remove the skin and germ well,
to make sure the final flour is super white and without any black spot


4)The milling section pipes we use stainless steel,have three times lifetime than galvanized steel.
stainless steel or plastic or galvanized steel pipes for your choice. But stainless steep pipes is more durable and anty rusty,
three times use time than other kinds. 

The cyclone can be stainless steel or plastic. 

The bucket elevator is stainless steel or carbon steel for your choice

The moisture bin and final flour bin can be stainless steel for your choice 

5) Touch screen control system,smart technology,easy to operate

6) Automatic weighing and packing system:
The packing system is complete Automatic.

It can weight and pack the final maize flour and bran automatically to save labour cost, to avoid the workers touch the flour.
