Techniques flow

The technique flow of Hongdefa maize grinding mill machine is that raw maize → cleaning section → conditioning → degerminating → milling → sifting → packing.

First, the maize enters the cleaning section, and the stones are removed by the gravity classification destoner, and then passes through the moisture damper, which is an important equipment for controlling the moisture content of grains in flour mills. 

The stainless steel Bi-directional screw prevents free water and strong mixing. Then the degerminator (Japanese technology) is used to peel, and then enters the flour milling section to sift the flour and produce super white flour, the fine meal, bran, germ, etc according to the client's requirements and needs. Finally, the products are packaged using an automatic weighing and packaging scale.
