Technical flow

1. Maize Cleaning
   The maize cleaning process involves using specialized equipment including a maize cleaner, destoner, and magnetic separator to achieve drying and cleaning. A stainless-steel double screw damper is employed to maintain maize moisture, ensuring more precise and uniform water content while preventing free water. For further processing, a degerminator is used to break maize into small pieces and separate the embryos, ensuring product quality through full mechanization. The degerminator, designed with Japanese technology, enables the extraction of intact germs, efficient removal of germs and bran, and exclusive milling of the endosperm. This process ultimately produces super-fine maize meal of pure, top-grade quality.

3. Maize Milling 
   The maize milling process adopts the subdivision research method for light maize milling, and employs advanced maize milling and sifting equipment to ensure optimal processing efficiency. It utilizes four sets of roller mills and two sets of double-section sifter series, enabling the production of 2-4 types of high-quality final products. The fat content of the products is controlled to no more than 1%. Additionally, a dust control system with dust collectors is integrated, ensuring a clean workshop environment throughout the process.
