Hongdefa Patent Degerminating system

The conditioned corn enters the degermination unit.

Here, a combination of mechanical and abrasive processes is used to separate the germ and hull from the endosperm. The separated germ can be further processed for valuable products like corn oil, while the hull can be used for animal feed.

The degerminated maize is then sent through a series of roller mills. These mills gradually break down the endosperm into smaller particles, starting with coarse crushing and then progressing to finer grinding.

Packing

Corn is first fed into a pre - cleaning system. This includes a vibrating screen to remove large impurities such as stones, straws, and other debris. A magnetic separator then extracts any metal particles that might be present in the maize, safeguarding the subsequent processing equipment from damage.
Next, the corn passes through an aspiration system. This system uses air currents to separate lighter impurities like dust and chaff from the maize kernels, ensuring only clean kernels proceed to the next stage.

The degerminated corn is then sent through a series of roller mills. These mills gradually break down the endosperm into smaller particles, starting with coarse crushing and then progressing to finer grinding.

The final products, corn grits and flour, are automatically weighed and packed into bags of various sizes, depending on market requirements. The packaging system ensures air - tight seals to maintain product freshness and prevent contamination.
