This fully automated production line integrates three core stages-cleaning, milling & sifting, and packaging-ensuring efficient, hygienic, and standardized flour production.
1. Cleaning Section
1)The process begins with advanced multi-stage impurity removal:
2)Primary Cleaning: Eliminates large debris (stones, stalks) via vibrating screens and air aspiration.
3)Precision Separation: Removes fine contaminants (dust, sand) through graded sieving and magnetic extraction.
4)Conditioning: Optimizes moisture content via controlled dampening, enhancing milling efficiency.
2.Milling & Sifting Section
This stage combines break grinding and precision classification to maximize flour yield and quality:
1)Break System: Gradual reduction of wheat kernels using paired roller mills (corrugated/smooth rolls) to separate endosperm from bran.
2)Plansifter System: Multi-layer sieving with nylon/polyester mesh screens (80-400 μm) classifies particles into:

4)Bran by-products (recyclable for animal feed)
