Cleaning section for cleaning corn
This is the cleaning section for corn flaking milling plant. This plant includes the corn cleaner, corn destoner, damper, and degerminator.
After this section, the corn will be very clean without the big impurity, small impurity, stones, germ and bran.
After adding moisture to corn, it is easy to degerminating. then we can get the high-quality corn flake.
Corn Flake Mill is for pressing and flaking corn into corn flake. This flaking mill is very durable,
and it can produce the best quality precooked corn flake. You can call it Corn tortillas mill, Arepa Flour mill machine.
Hammer Mill is for crushing corn into cornflake.
Sifting is for grading different sizes of corn flake.
The final products show precooked corn flake and cornflour.
Arepas are griddle-fried corn cakes made from a special kind of precooked corn flour called masarepa.
They are a delicious food that is very popular in Colombia and Venezuela and they're easy to make at home.
