It's a complete line from cleaning, degerminating, milling to packing with all accessories.
This 50t maize mill we installed in Zambia, it can produce breakfast meal, roller meal, and super mix for human consumption,
it can produce maize grits with different size for beer factory use, for flaking mill factory use , for biscuit factory use or for human daily use too.
It will produce maize bran at the same time and for animal feed factory.
This 50t/24h maize mill machine design have following advantage:
1. double layer stainless steel damper, 3 times lifetime than normal material damper.
2. Japan technology degerminator will remove bran and germ out to make sure the final products pure and fine.
3. Pneumatic roller mills, European standard machine with automatic running
4. stainless steel pipes in flour system, 3 times lifetime than galvanized steel pipes.
5. Automatic touch screen control system, high technology and easy operate.
6. Auto packing system for option part for your choice
7. Impulse dust filter can make sure the whole workshop clean

The above 50tpd maize milling line we installed in Thika Kenya, Hongdefa Chinese engineer help to do the installation testing and training the local millers. The Kenya client is very satisfied with the final maize meal quality, it is super white with high quality.
It can do Ugali Fufu, the final maize meal is fortified because we provide the micro dosser together.

The 50T/24H maize mill line is a middle capacity and complete line,
including cleaning, milling and packing system. It can produce the super fine maize meal,
maize samp, maize grits and refined maize flour to do FUFU , Ugali, Nshima and other kinds of food.
This Economy kind 2t/h maize mill line have the below factors:
1)The damper: double section with stainless steel material
2)The degerminator with Japan technology with our patent, it can remove the skin and germ well, to make sure the final flour is super white and without any black spot
3)The roller mill is single roller mill with Economy design, lower power consuption and low cost
4)The sifter use double section sifter and can produce maize grits with different kind, super white sifted maize meal and maize bran
5)The packing system include hand sewing machine and Auto-weighting and packing machine.
6)The pipes in milling section where contact with material is stainless steel which is any rusty and more durable.
7)We add the micro dosser for Kenya market special needs

Q: Will you send engineers to install the plant?
A: we have more than 30 engineers now in different countries, such as in Zambia Uganda Zimbabwe Malawi Angola RD Congo Ethiopia Nigeria and so on.
We can send engineer to your place for guiding installation. Engineers are responsible for guide installation, test running and training your local workers.
We also have local engineers who can do the small capacity mill machine installation to save cost.

Q: Where can I buy the spare parts after purchasing the machine from your company?
A: If you buy our machines, we can provide one year spare parts for free. Then if you need spare parts, you can buy them from our Uganda/Ethiopia/Zambia offices or our China company. They we will ship them by air, need about 6 working days will arrive to your city.
