Technique flow of 200t/24h wheat milling machine flour mill
Cleaning section:
The part is to clean out the middle and small impurities from raw grain such as dust,sand,stone, magnetic material, poorly diseased wheat kernels and so on. It includes hitting, sieving, stones removal, magnetic materials separating and dampening. It is good for the next part.
Milling and sifting section:
The second step is to mill the raw wheat and separate the flour, bran:
(1) Milling: milling the raw wheat to break the kernels by the roller mill.
(2) Sieving: to separate the flour,bran according to the particle size to ensure the flour quality.
Packing section:
the final products can be packed by the manual or automatic weighing and packaging.
