Silo is made of hot galvanized steel, which makes it durable and weather resistant. It is specially used for bulk grain storage, such as wheat, maize, paddy, soybean, sunflower seeds, sorghum, barley, peanuts, and so on. The silo product has a designed lifetime of 30-50 years.
Double-side galvanized grain storage silos are widely used in the following processing plants.

1. Materials: With Z275-Z600 high-quality SGH high-strength hot dip galvanizing rolling plate.
2. The corrugated plate adopts automatic computer control assembly line production, and the processing technology is internationally advanced, The corrugated plate ripple spacing is 68mm (small ripple)
3. Corrugated plate thickness >2.5 mm adopt 4 rows of 10.9-grade high-strength bolts(including 2.5 mm), bolts are sealed with a waterproof rubber mat and aerospace mortar, and the corrugated plate is sealed around with aerospace rubber
