1. Cleaning part maize mill machienry
to clean out the middle and small impurity from wheat. e.g., dust, stone, magnetic material, wheat was bitten by
insect and so on.Includes beating, screening, destoner, magnetic separator and dampening.this section is make the wheat to prepare for millling part and to protect the machinery as well.
2. Milling part maize mill machienry
Include different number of mill and sifter to mill the wheat and separate the flour and bran
(1) Mill: mill the wheat to break the integrity by the roller moving
(2) Sifter: to separate the flour and bran, also separate large size and small size to enssure flour quality.

Machine Description
Pneumatic Roller Mill
European standard machine with automatic running. The partitioned paneling and swing-out feed module guarantee ideal access to the feeding and grinding rolls. This makes residue free cleaning possible. A pulse generator automatically adjust the feed material at the entrance door.
Double-Layer Stainless Steel
Two layer moisture dampener, less free water and more uniform. The material and inside screw are stainless steel one, much more durable. Computer controlled dampener, which can ajust water content according to the flow of the raw material, much more high accurate.
Japan technology degerminator
The degerminator features a special design tailored for Africa maize, protected by patent ZL 2018 2 1609820.0. This design takes into account the unique characteristics of African maize, ensuring high - efficiency processing.

Double Bin Sifter
