Product specifications

Flow sheet of 100T wheat flour mill machine
It's complete plant from cleaning to milling to packing.

Cleaning part is to clean out the middle and small impurities from raw grain such as dust, sand, stone, magnetic material, poorly diseased wheat kernels and so on. It includes hitting, sieving, stones removal, magnetic materials separating and dampening. It is good for the next part.

After finishing cleaning, wheat falling into milling machine. At first, extract much of scratch, particles and dunst with good quality from wheat, graded them according to particles's size and quality then flowing into purifier. At the same time, the scratch system separate hull and endosperm. That can get pure particles and dunst, then make into top grade flour by reduction system. For the sencond grade particles and endosperm will mill by the relevant reduction system to get bran flour. The milling flow can divided into different system, that is Break system, Scratch system,Purifier system, Reduction system, Air transportation system, and packing system

The packing system function is weigh, sewing.

This set 100t wheat flour mill machine technique flow just for your reference. Different machine configurations the machine design is also different.
We have professional technique department will make the wheat flour mill machine design based on client needs and local market.

The advantages of 100t/24h wheat flour mill machine:

4. Main single machine of wheat flour mill machine

1) High-speed vibratory sieve: Vibrating sieve is a sifting machine with high speed.

The principle is when the sieve body are droved by two sides vibrating motors, wheat flow into the first sieve surface through feeding entrance, large impurity on the upper sieve is discharged to the hopper.
Another material come into the second sieve surface for continual sift. On this surface, the wheat and small impurity are separated each other. Finally lighter impurity is discharged by the suction pipes. This machine has much speciality such as high capacity, without jaming and so on. The function is the sieve remove all impurities from wheat to reduce dust and impurity to pollute workshop as much as it can. And ensure rear working line with good running. Meanwhile to avoid jaming into the slip of screw conveyor and exit of damper bin. Behind the horizontal scourer has another vibrating sieve, to remove mud, broken wheat, small impurity, wheat hair from the scourer

2) Horizontal scourer:

Although wheat already has cleaned into the vibrating sieve, most impurities were removed, but this is the first cleaning procedure, so still has many impurities in the wheat, such as dust dust, wheat hairs, insect eggs, etc. If the wheat not clean very well , will givue the flour a poor quality, bad colour, and high ash rate, etc. The working principle of the beating brusher is using the high speed rotating metal plate to beat the wheat inside the beating brusher. Between beating plate and iron sieve the wheat attrition and beaten several times, and the wheat granules to rub each other, that separate the impurities on the wheat husk from the wheat. On the same time, mud, cinder, and worm eaten wheat which the size is smaller than wheat is crashed, moved by the sieves and blowers

3) Gravity classifier destoner:

According to different gravity between wheat and same size stones, and air dynamics, adopt destone and sieve performance and movement parameter, and air current speed, the destoner to classificate the raw material. The wheat and stones moving on the sieve with different direction, made the stones are separated from wheat.

4) Auto feeding system roller mill, easy to operate, longer service life.
The partitioned paneling and swing-out feed module guarantee ideal access to the feeding and grinding rolls. This makes residue-free.
5) Plansifter
6) Pipes
For the wheat flour mill machine pipes of milling section,we use stainless steel material, have three times lifetime than galvanized steel.

7) Control system
PLC touch screen control system,
Control all the system by the touch screen, one key start
