This time I came to DRC for discussing the new project with 10000TX3 Silo and 240T Maize mill machine for the same client.

The silo can stock different kinds of grains like maize, wheat, rice, bean and so on.

Here we introduced the 3500TX3 Silo project in Lubumbashi, Dr Congo.

Installation Instructions

The below is one turnkey project in Zimbabwe, is for 3000TX5 Silo + 200T Wheat mill +500T Maize mill +120T Animal feed and oil press machine complete line.

1) The silo we are doing the installing , 3 of 3000T Finished already, another 2 of 3000T are doing the installaiton.
2) 500T/24H Maize mill complete line we finished and running already.


This is the 200t Wheat flour mill doing the installation now.

For the wheat grain grain processing machinery,it's complete line from cleaning to milling to packing.It use pneumatic roller mill and square plansifter,mutiple grinding and sifting can get high quality wheat flour.
This is 200t/24h wheat flour mill machine have installed in Egypt,it's floor structure.High configuration machine.

For the wheat flour mill machine,we have two kinds configuration,one is steel structure wheat grain processing machinery,one is floor structure wheat flour mill machine

2.Technique flow of 200T/24H wheat grain grain processing machinery
Our wheat flour grain processing machinery is complete plant,first the raw wheat enter the cleaning section,we have vibrating sifter and brusher,then enter the milling section and sifting section,mutiple grinding and sfting can get the high quality wheat flour.
1) The roller mill,we use high configuration pneumatic roller mill,European standard automatic running
The roller mill design:The partitioned peneling and swing-out feed module guarantee ideal access to the feeding and grinding rolls.This makes residue-free
2)Pipes: The milling section pipes we use stainless steel,have three times lifetime than galvanized steel
3)Control system,our wheat flour mill machine is PLC touch screen control system,smart technology,easy to operate
