Techniques flow

Hongdefa maize milling machine process flow goes from cleaning → dampening→degerminating → milling & sifting → packing.

1.Cleaning Section:
This is combined cleaner, combined vibrating sifter/destoner function.
To remove impurity which is bigger and smaller than maize, and also remove the stone out of the grain.

2.Moisture Dampening:
High Efficiency Grain Damping of ZSQ Series is an important equipment to control the water content of the grain during cleaning in flour mills. Made of stainless steel. Equipped with bi-directional screw, prevents free water, an intensive intermixing.

3.Degerminating:
Using Japan technology degerminator to remove maize germ and bran.

4.Milling & Sifting:
Milling the maize and sifting products to produce super white maize flour, super fine meal, and bran according to customer requirements.

5.Packing:
Final maize products are weighed and packed automatically using the semi-auto weighing & packing scale.
