The maize milling machine is a complete line, from cleaning to milling to packing.
(1) Cleaning section:
The part is to clean out the middle and small impurities from raw grain such as dust, sand, stone, magnetic material, poorly diseased maize kernels and so on. It includes hitting, sieving, stones removal, magnetic materials separating and dampening. It is good for the next part--milling part.
(2) Milling and sifting section:
The second step is to mill the raw grain and separate the flour, bran and other by-product:
(1) Milling: milling the raw grain to break the kernels by the roller mill.
(2) Sieving: to separate the flour,bran and other by-product according to the particle size to ensure the flour quality.
(3) Packing section:
The final products can be packed by the manual or automatic weighing and packing.
