Hongdefa Maize Meal Milling Machine Process Flow
The Hongdefa maize meal milling line consists of the processes of cleaning, milling, and packing.
Cleaning section: The maize enters the cleaning section, where a gravity classification stoner effectively removes stones and impurities.
Moisture control: The moisture damper, equipped with a stainless-steel bi-directional screw, precisely adjusts the moisture content of the maize, ensuring uniform water distribution and preventing free water.
Degermination & Milling: Using a degerminator with Japan technology, the maize is peeled and then sent to the milling section for grinding and sifting. This process produces super white flour, super fine meal, bran, and germ, according to customer requirements.
Packing section: The final products are weighed and packed automatically with an auto weighing and packing scale.
