---Product Specification
This is our 80t/24h wheat flour milling machinery. It can process 80tons raw wheat per 24hours. It is from A to Z, means from start to end. such as wheat cleaning-milling-sifting-packing-control system.
The sieve remove all of impurity from wheat in order to reduce pollution of dust and impurity to workshop,and then it can ensure retral equipment with good running.and meanwhile aviod jaming of slip and wheat bin exit. And also the machine behind wheat scour, it is better for removing mud ,broken wheat, small impurity,hair which form scourer.
The destoner is applied for efficient separation of stones and pebbles, glass, and other high-density matter from the stream of
grain. It can remove all the impurity, such as steel, stones, ropes and so on.
High separating efficiency-excellent grain cleaning.
The scourer is primarily designed for applications in the first and second cleaning section for the surface treatment of wheat, durum and rye:- for removing impurities and adhering contamination(dust,sand earth lumps, small seeds. etc.),- for improving product sanitation by reducing the microbe count(bacteria) and the insect and insect fragment count(filth count).
In the 80t/24h wheat flour milling machinery, we use European standard roller mill. the quality is high and can get high quality wheat flour.
Plansifter can classify the material from break, reduction and scratch systems and sifting the flour. the sieve frames of wood coated with synthetic resin, shape no change.
The purifier can get the pure endosperm by sifting which is depending on self-vibration and low pressure blower's wind power.
It is the special equipment designed according to the power of the product line with function of protecting motor, giving alarm and easy control.

Q1. Can the wheat grinding machine also process maize?
No,it is because the maize and wheat Physical Characteristics are different,like the shape,the hardness,all are different,and the final product flour size is also different. The cleaner,the roller millparameter,the plansifter sieve all are different.As professional manufacture for maize meal or flour,cannot process maize and wheat same time.
Q2. Can the wheat grinding machine pack different bags?
Yes,the packing machine can pack 1kg-5kg;5kg-20kg,20-50kg bags.
