• This machine is a complete production line including cleaning, milling, packing, and controlling systems.
• The raw material is wheat and the final product is super fine wheat flour for making bread, cake, biscuits, and so on.

Main machines

1. Cleaning part
to clean out the middle and small impurities from wheat. e.g., dust, stone, magnetic material, wheat was bitten by insects, and so on.Includes beating, screening, destoner, magnetic separator, and dampening. This section is to prepare for the milling part and to protect the machinery as well.
 
2. Milling part
The second step is to mill the grain and separate the flour, bran, and other by-product:
(1) Mill: mill the grain to break the integrity by the roller moving
(2) Sifter: to separate the flour, bran, and other by-product, also separate large size and small size to ensure flour quality.
 
3. Packing part
The third step, the packing machine can be manual or automatic weighting and packing.

4. PLC controlling system
 To control the whole set of machinery to work well and show the process of working.

FAQ

Q1. Can the wheat flour mill machine also process maize?

No, it is because the maize and wheat Physical Characteristics are different, like the shape, and the hardness, all are different, and the final product flour size is also different. The cleaner, the roller mill parameter, and the plan sifter sieve all are different. Professional manufacturers of maize meal or flour, cannot process maize and wheat at the same time.
 
Q2. Can the wheat flour mill machine pack different bags?
Yes, the packing machine can pack 1kg-5kg;5kg-20kg, and 20-50kg bags.

Q3. Can the wheat flour mill machine run with a Generator?
