1. Cleaning & Impurity Removal: Combines vibrating screening, destoning, and magnetic separation to remove impurities and metals, ensuring safety and flour purity.

2. Moistening & Conditioning: Computer-controlled water addition softens the bran and optimizes moisture, leading to higher flour yield and better quality.

3. Pneumatic Conveying: Enclosed, dust-free negative pressure system transports wheat cleanly and efficiently.

4. Precise Milling: The "4 Break & 4 Reduction" milling process ensures gradual grinding and efficient separation of bran, germ, and endosperm for superior flour extraction.

5. Sieving & Grading: High-square plansifters precisely separate flour from bran. An optional germ extraction system adds extra value.
