This is our 50TPD corn milling machine in Kenya
Cleaning system: corn cleaner, and destoner to take the stone, thread, iron and other impurity out.
Moisture and degerminating system: the cleaning corn going to the moisture dampener and degerminator to get the big-purely maize particles, and take the germ and corn skin out.
Milling and sifting system: the big-purely corn particles come to the roller mill and sifter to get the different final product : different sizes of super corn meal, corn grits, corn flour.
Packing system: we have manual packing and automatic packaging system for different clients' choice.
