This is our 50t/24h maize flour mill machine. It can process 50 tons of raw maize in 24 hours.
Stainless Steel Moisture bin, the maize can sleep, and the maize skin can absorb moisture to better remove the germ and bran.

All the pipes are stainless steel, which is very strong and has a working life of three times that of ordinary pipes.

It is from A to Z, which means from start to end. such as maize cleaning machines-dampering-degerminating-roller mill-sifting-packing-control systems.

The destoner is applied for the efficient separation of stones and pebbles, glass, and other high-density matter from the stream of grain. It can remove all the impurities, such as steel, stones, ropes, and so on.
The damper can add water to moisten the raw maize. Double layer damper, stainless steel one without rusty and working life is longer than the steel one. Two layers for moisturizing are much more efficient.
Our Degerminator with Japanese technology, can remove the maize bran and germ with the most efficiency. you can get the super white maize meal with low fat and without any black points.
